This Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies exclusively to services purchased through our Website.

No Returns or Exchanges
As EnyOne provides digital and professional services rather than physical goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a service has been delivered.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booked service, you must notify us as early as possible. Cancellations may be accepted at our discretion if the service delivery has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, cancellations may not be possible, or may incur administrative charges.

Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered, except in cases where:

  • The service could not be delivered due to reasons within our control.
  • The service was not delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

In such cases, you may be offered a full or partial refund, or an alternative arrangement, at the sole discretion of FBL Consulting (operator of EnyOne).

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to provide us with the necessary information or access required to perform the service.
